Pilates Classes

Our small group mat Pilates classes will be designed to improve mobility and strength, so that you move better and stay stronger for longer.

Class Details:

• When: Wednesdays, 6–7 PM
• Where: Bromley Cross Chiropractic & Pilates
• Cost: £12.50 per class (Pay As You Go)
• Block Booking: £67.50 for 6 classes (save 10%!)
